Shipping Policy

STATIC PLUG delivers products to customers in U.K in 3-5 days maximum. For international deliveries e.g. countries outside of the UK it may take maximum 1-2 weeks for customers to receive their products. Customers will receive a tracking number to see exactly when the item is ready to send off and be dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order to ensure our customers are fully satisfied we offer refunds and exchanges depending on the issue customers may be having with the specific item. Items that are in need of being exchanged must be in the exact condition that it was originally in. We only offer refunds within 14 days from when the customer has purchased an item. Returns must be in the exact condition it was in when purchased.
